W e strive for a cuisine based on tradition and which is supported by the best techniques. We think that the cornerstone to excellence is product quality and whenever posible proximity in our produce. We are fortunate because we are in a priviledged area,  the Costa Brava and the areas near Girona. We have the sea, the mountains,  green pastures, and fertile lands. We receive directly from the markets of Palamos, the Port de la Selva and Blanes, from the local markets and the farms from the interior of Girona. With all these ingredients that the sea and the land presents us, we create our dishes, putting our soul into them. We believe that it is the best that we can offer to our clients that come to our restaurtant and to Tossa de Mar.
